Anyone may view the 16 things website, but full participation is limited to people with active William & Mary email addresses. Full participation includes responding to discussion questions for each lesson and engaging with the learning community.
To participate, you must first register with this website which will prompt you to log in through CAS. Doing so will make you an “active” user.
Then, work on the 16 AI things at your own pace. You may begin and end any time between July 8-October 9, 2025. Begin with any thing by clicking on it from the homepage or selecting it from the Menu in the upper right hand corner.
Each thing presents some basic information and links to readings or videos on the topic. At the end, there will be a discussion prompt asking you to reflect in some way on what you learned.
Under Leave a Reply, log in. (If you receive an error message, you forgot to register with the site as directed above.)
After you log in, you’ll be able to share your answer to the prompt. This answer can be brief but in order to receive credit for completing, it should show you’ve engaged with the content. (No “That was great!” type comments).
Your comment will go to a moderated queue, which the Project Team will approve daily. After it is approved, your comment and name will be seen on the Website.
If you would like to participate without your comments being seen publicly, please email the project team so we can make alternate arrangements.
